Melissa Joan Hart celebrated turning 36 a day early this year by announcing that she's pregnant with her third child.

She broke the news on her Twitter page today by posting a very sweet photograph of her two sons, four-year-old Braydon Hart and Mason Walter, aged six, holding her gently rounded stomach.Underneath the adorable snapshot she wrote '(Early) Happy Birthday to me! And baby makes 3!' The Sabrina, the Teenage Witch star looked absolutely radiant in the shot and already looks very heavily pregnant.
