Doctors Say Home Births Are Too Risky To Be A Mothers Choice

Leading medical journal, The Lancet, has said that women don't have the right to choose home birthing because of the risk to their baby's health.

Home BirthingIt went on to say that, although mothers-to-be have the right to choose how they give birth and where, the newborns rights have to take priority.

Only weeks ago new research discovered that home births are three times riskier than hospital births which would seem to back up The Lancet's stand regarding the matter. The study was taken from a number of countries but the authors have stated that there would similar results for Britain.
